I think a good day is partially defined by achievements I’ve had in a day and the rest is composed of random good news and good happenings I’ve received. I don’t think I can completely divorce myself of completing things in a day to feel good because it’s an indicator of my discipline which is a value I hold strongly to!

110% absolutely relate. It's nice to always start the day with an intention or purpose, and it's natural for us to attach a mood to us achieving said intention / purpose.

Personally, I think something I'm working on is being mindful when making my to-do lists for the day, so that they're not only achievable, but also in relative alignment with our mind and body's energy and wants for the day. This helps me not only maintain my discipline for the day, but also keeps me feeling energized consistently :)

It’s about enjoying the journey! It’s also important to reach the destination but it’s okay if you run into traffic or take the wrong route or lose your way in between a bit. as long as you got the radio on and you’re dancing around all is good!
